It’s been a little bit overcast here in the UK this weekend just gone and now this week. Shame because it made Glastonbury a bit of a wash out – although i’m pretty glad I didn’t drown in that mud i’m still so gutted I didn’t go! I watched a lot of it on tv though and the real highlight for me was Disclosure – wow, what a set! Unreal. Anyway, it’s meant that the temperature has dropped just that little bit below being warm enough for legs out, so i’ve had to bust the old jeans back out! Rubbish! Come on sunshine!
I was determined not to let the slightly miserable weather ruin my festival spirits and have been sauntering around London in this Goldie London kimono with tassels so far this week. I’m so into that awesome 70s Woodstock style hippie fashion atm, without the hippie attitude that comes with it (lol) but more the style. I saw this kimono in Topshop about two weeks ago and absolutely couldn’t resist it, although it’s nowhere to be found now – but i’ve linked the new one below, it’s the dead same just a different floral pattern. Goldie have this knack of making real beautiful floaty soft delicate pieces that you just feel like the most beautiful in, which is why I just love this kimono so much.
My top is a proper nod to 90s fashion, from Topshop as well, I absolutely fell in love with it. It’s very delicate though so just be careful with it! These jeans are my all time fave and i’ve worn them in a bit now so they’re nice and squishy comfy. Excellent. I think River Island’s jeans are generally good quality for the money you get, i’ve had these for months now and am still in love with them, despite not previously being a jeans girl!
Ahh forever daydreaming of American Festivals… one day Zoe, one day!
